Full Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team! Summary: The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst leads the analysis, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, email, web, social media, and customer experience channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, IT, Customer Experience, Distribution, and external agencies to develop data-driven insights that improve campaign performance, customer journeys, and return on marketing investment. The analyst leverages customer data, market trends, and advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with insurance industry regulations and privacy standards. A typical day will include the following: - Analyze competitive trends, digital marketing benchmarks, and emerging technologies within the insurance industry. - Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, analytics platforms, and advertising partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy laws, and corporate governance standards related to digital marketing and customer data. - Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. - Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in digital measurement and marketing analytics. - Develop dashboards and executive reporting that communicate campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and marketing ROI. - Monitor website analytics, customer behavior, and digital funnels to identify optimization opportunities. - Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, and website experiences. - Partner with marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, MIS, Accounting/Finance, Data Science, Data Analysis or a related field is preferred, not required. - 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Analyst/User Experience or similar role in the insurance or financial services industry. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking, ability to generate innovative content ideas. Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Pay Range $76,692-$85,714. - Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
