As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.

Recognized as an external thought leader within a strategic function or discipline. Influences the strategy to address internal or external business and regulatory issues. Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business. May participate in the development of the product or business strategy. Leads multidisciplinary projects or initiatives. Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of individual capabilities and business requirements.

Recognized as an integration expert within the industry. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives to validate and proliferate solutions at customer sides. Focus on enabling novel integrated materials solutions for Logic and/or Memory scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration lead for FEOL/MEOL/BEOL projects for Advanced Logic and/or Memory for IMS group
  • Provide strong technical leadership for module development for logic and/or memory technologies (i.e. Channel, Junction, Gate, Contact, Interconnects, NAND, DRAM etc.)
  • Design and implement new technology for integrated materials solutions.
  • Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects for a range of novel integrated materials solutions.
  • Interact with key customers and BUs to resolve significantly complex process engineering issues for a range of products to address our customers High Value Problems (HVP)
  • Generate internal and external documentation for presentations, technical reports for new products and generate specifications for new products
  • This technical staff position leads and/or develops and executes exceptionally complex technology and engineering projects and leads research and development of new technologies as appropriate. Works on critical complex issues that impact longer term product development and business success measured by one or more of the following: incremental revenue growth, market share increases, key customer penetrations, time to market improvement and commercial value of the work.
  • Within safety guidelines design, perform, collect data, analyze and compile reports on unusually complex engineering experiments and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
  • Develop innovative solutions as part of proven track record of significant technology contributions to Logic and/or Memory scaling.
  • Conceive and implement new technology, normally named as primary inventor on numerous critical patents and recognized through awards and/or published papers within the last five years.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
