Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and proactive Sr. Demo Fleet Operations Manager to join our Demo Fleet Operations team. In this high-impact role, you will lead critical projects focused on demo fleet strategy, planning, and execution to support key business objectives. You will be responsible for optimizing fleet operations, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering insights that influence decision-making across the organization.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams.
This role can any located at any Tesla Sales, Service or Delivery location within the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for demo fleet planning and operations, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
  • Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that optimize demo fleet strategy, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align demo fleet capabilities with broader organizational goals, enabling successful product exposure and market penetration
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by evaluating fleet utilization, regional needs, and operational outcomes, and implementing scalable solutions
  • Conduct market research and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives
  • Develop and maintain consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across key business areas. Deliver executive-level presentations and business cases that support strategic initiatives and long-term planning
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including Sales, Field Operations, Logistics, and Business Generation-to ensure cohesive execution and shared success across all demo fleet programs


Requirements
  • 5+ years in project management, business operations, planning, finance, or a similar data-driven role
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI, MySQL); fast learner of new systems
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to present complex insights clearly and persuasively to all levels, including executive leadership
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives in cross-functional environments
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced change. Sound judgment, initiative, and a bias toward action
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience

      $80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
