About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented, analytically minded Deal Desk Manager to support our Sales organization through expert CPQ quoting, process improvement, and data-driven reporting. - Process Improvement: Identify and help fix inefficiencies in the quote-to-cash workflow; support automation efforts and template updates; help ensure adherence to revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards tracking quote turnaround time, approval rates, and discount trends; deliver weekly insights to Sales leadership.
- Sales Enablement: Be a go-to resource for reps on quoting best practices and deal structuring; troubleshoot quote-to-order issues and participate in deal reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal on process changes; help train new hires on self-service CPQ tools.
- Risk Management: Flag pricing discrepancies or compliance risks and support resolution to protect margins.
What You'll Bring- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk, ideally with hands-on CPQ experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CRM, and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive, clear communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Nice to have:- Experience with SaaS pricing models (subscription, usage-based) or international deals
- Exposure to Tableau or Power BI
- Salesforce CPQ Associate certification or RevOps fundamentals training
