What You'll Do:- Facilitate both short- and long-term strategic goals across core product initiatives.
- Lead exploratory analyses to identify and size product development opportunities, balancing trade-offs between feature growth and optimization.
- Drives the creation of learning agendas, design multivariate tests, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that shape critical business decisions and influence the product roadmap.
- Define success metrics for strategic initiatives, while delivering high-quality, data-driven analyses that surface impactful insights-particularly around consumer behavior, segmentation, and quality acquisition.
- Champion the development of self-service AI-enabled reporting tools, empowering cross-functional teams to independently explore, measure, and monitor performance.
- Drive continuous improvements in tracking and data quality, lead deep-dive analyses to understand product performance, and address key strategic questions.

What You'll Bring:- Expertise in Data Science & Search -MS/BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research or related fields, and 5 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning or applied statistics, with a strong background in product analytics or experimentation.
- Extensive Technical Skills - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude (or similar analytics tools).
- Experience with AI enabled tools (streamlit, Claude/MCP, n8n, windsurf) is a must.
- Ability to create ETL pipelines using dbt + Airflow.
- Strong Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills - Passion for tackling complex analytical problems, improving user experience, experimentation, and driving measurable impact.
- Excellent Communication - Ability to articulate insights from data, statistical or ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
