Get to Know the Role:

As the Sr. Data Product Manager, you will be the architect and visionary behind the data products that power our global Supply Chain operations. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data assets that drive inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and demand forecasting. You will bridge the gap between complex supply chain business logic and technical data engineering into scalable data models and high-performance BI tools. Your goal is to turn fragmented data across ERPs, WMS, and TMS into a single source of truth that empowers our Supply chain teams to make real-time decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Product Roadmap & Vision: Define and execute the multi-year data strategy for the Supply Chain domain. Prioritize the product backlog using a value-driven approach, ensuring the most impactful features are built first.
  • Technical Product Ownership: Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain stakeholders and Data Technology Teams. Translate business requirements into detailed technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and architectural diagrams.
  • Advanced Data Modeling: Lead the design of supply-chain-specific data schemas to ensure long-term scalability.
  • End-to-End Orchestration: Oversee the development of data pipelines (ELT/ETL) and analytics products, ensuring that data moving from warehouse floor systems to executive dashboards is seamless, low-latency, and accurate.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Partner with S&OP, Procurement, and Logistics leaders to identify opportunities and provide technical guidance on how to leverage AI/ML for predictive supply chain analytics.
  • Quality & Governance: Establish rigorous data validation frameworks in partnership with Data Governance Team and Data Engineering Teams..
  • Agile Leadership: Lead Scrums, manage sprint cycles for the data team, and relentlessly remove blockers to ensure high-velocity delivery of data features.

What You Bring:
  • Educational Core: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles with at least 2 years specifically within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail Operations.
  • Agile Product Ownership: Proven experience acting as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment. You know how to say "no" to low-value requests to protect the team's bandwidth.
  • Technical Stack: Expert-level SQL and deep experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake). • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) with a focus on creating "actionable" analysis.. • Familiarity with Supply Chain systems like Manhattan Active
  • Strategic Problem Solver: You don't just find data gaps; you design the bridge. You understand how a delay at a port affects a financial forecast three months down the line.
