ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Customer Experience Revenue Operations Manager to help drive predictable growth, operational rigor, and financial visibility across our Customer Experience organization.

YOUR ROLE

This role sits at the center of Customer Experience, Finance, and Go-To-Market-ensuring alignment between pipeline, delivery, and revenue. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we forecast, measure, and scale our business.

A key focus will be owning the operational and financial performance of strategic partnerships, including large, multi-year commercial commitments (e.g., $240M agreements), ensuring they translate into measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own forecasting & financial alignment
Drive accurate revenue forecasts and partner closely with Finance on planning, performance tracking, and variance analysis
  • Manage strategic partner performance
Track and forecast large-scale commitments, monitor attainment, and identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive operational rigor
Establish scalable processes for tracking performance, improving predictability, and enabling accountability across the organization
  • Build actionable insights
Create dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into revenue, capacity, and partner performance
  • Optimize capacity & planning
Model utilization and demand to ensure the organization is ready to deliver and scale efficiently
  • Partner cross-functionally
Work closely with CX, Sales, and Finance to align on priorities, metrics, and execution

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Customer Success Operations, Professional Services Operations, or a related operational leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-variable business environments, including strategic partnerships, large multi-year commercial agreements, and partner-driven revenue models.
  • Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives across Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATION

  • Preferred Degrees: MBA, Finance / Accounting, Business Analytics / Data Analytics

At this level, experience outweighs education. The strongest candidates will have:
  • 12+ years in operations leadership
  • Experience spanning multiple CX functions (CS, Support, PS, Renewals)
  • Built or run a Rhythm of Business (ROB) or similar cadence
  • Delivered exec-level reporting and insights
  • Strong cross-functional influence (Finance, Sales, Product)

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is a high-impact role at the core of how we grow and operate. You'll help ensure our business scales with discipline, our strategic commitments stay on track, and our leadership team has the clarity needed to make confident decisions.

If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution-and wants to shape how a business runs, this role is for you.

BENEFITS

  • Hybrid work model for workplace flexibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance
  • Short and long-term disability coverage
  • RRSP matching for financial security
  • Flexible time-off policies for work-life balance
  • Employee assistance program for mental well-being
  • Learning benefits, including a LinkedIn Learning subscription and seminars
