Sr. Cybersecurity Incident Response Admin

Active security clearance required.

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Administrator to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 3 - Cybersecurity. The administrator leads detection, triage, and response for security incidents across ALTESS infrastructure, owns SIEM dashboards, and executes Army CTOs.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
• Lead detection, triage, and response across ALTESS infrastructure.
• Deploy and tune SIEM dashboards and detection content.
• Coordinate with CSSP and execute Army Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs).
• Manage PKI, SSL/TLS, and incident-related controls.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years cybersecurity / incident response experience.
• CISSP, ISSEP, Security+, CEH, or equivalent (IAT/IAM per DoD 8140).
• SIEM deployment and dashboard development.
• PKI, SSL/TLS.
• Experience executing Army CTOs and coordinating with CSSP.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Desired Qualifications
• GCIH or GCIA.
• Splunk Enterprise Security or Microsoft Sentinel certification.
• Prior experience supporting an Army RCC or ARCYBER element.
