Full Job Description
As Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst II, you'll Provides a wide array of Information Technology (IT) oriented services to its 4,000 customers. These services include: incident and request support; conducting program analysis and studies; developing, operating, and maintaining IT systems and applications; maintaining vigilance with regard to information assurance including compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA).

What you'll do:
  • Assist the Government with adhering to Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Cyber Task Orders (CTO) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs).
  • Assist in defining system security requirements, and recommending the appropriate Mission Assurance Category, Confidentiality Level (CL), and Impact Level (IL) for all applications
  • Oversee, support, and implement all phases of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Provide daily Assessment & Authorization (A&A) updates
  • Provide cyber analyst and validator support

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 7+ years experience in Cybersecurity Operations and Information Assurance.
  • Must have a current CISSP certification.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within multi-functional teams
  • Experience supporting RMF, STIGs, POA&Ms, and audit readiness
  • Experience conducting vulnerability scans and using tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Fortify, and HBSS
  • Familiarity with incident response procedures and continuous monitoring

SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $120,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
