Job Description

As a Sr Gas Detection (Customer Experience) Training Professional at Honeywell, you will design and deliver impactful customer experience training that strengthens capabilities and improves customer interactions.

You will report to the Sr CX Training Manager and work from our Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will improve customer experience and drive product and service growth by training sales teams, distributors, and customers in our gas detection solutions.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and deliver role-based gas detection training for internal and external audiences, with a primary focus on Hi-Tech solutions while supporting broader gas detection training needs.
  • Design, develop and maintain training courses, agendas, content, catalogs, and schedules.
  • Drive service revenue growth through competency-based training programs.
  • Travel more than 50% to deliver training at customer sites and other training locations.
  • Use feedback and data to assess training impact and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to complete key training initiatives.

  • Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
  • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% to customer sites in North Americal Region (domestically and occasionally internationally)

The salary range for this position is ($86,400.00 - $108,200.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
