Job Description

Title: Sr. Coordinator – Training Center

Key Accountabilities:

  • Advise managers, employees, and customers on training needs; analyze requirements, administer programs, and resolve related issues.
  • Develop training proposals for engines and systems based on customer needs, prerequisites, and constraints.
  • Process training requests by coordinating enrollments, monitoring class fill rates, and proactively promoting low-enrollment courses.
  • Manage training databases with accurate, up-to-date records and data integrity.
  • Manage all training coordination activities, including instructor scheduling, facility availability, and accurate tracking of trainer instruction hours in SAP, ensuring timely customer communications and smooth program execution.
  • Manage training center financial and operational activities, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, and discrepancy reporting; collaborate with Finance and Purchasing to source products and services, oversee supplies and inventory, and coordinate facility operations such as event scheduling, room setup, and catering.
  • Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
  • Perform special assigned tasks.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and 5 years of experience in sales, service, or manufacturing coordination; OR 9 years of equivalent experience without a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); high attention to detail.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative, interpersonally effective team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
  • Familiarity with MTU products, policies, and procedures.
  • After-sales and service experience.
  • SAP and LMS experience.
  • German or Spanish language skills.
