Role: Sr. Contracts Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Procurement Associate / Specialist / Contracts Manager to manage a portfolio of agreements and support new purchasing requests. This role enables efficient and effective procurement of goods and services, ensuring business value through on-time delivery and optimized cycle times. The position requires strong negotiation skills, procurement expertise, and the ability to manage complex contracts while fostering relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders, seeking lowest total system costs and appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Execute Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes in full compliance with company handbooks and controls.
  • Leverage procurement processes and tools to ensure the most effective procurement approach.
  • Maintain and update agreement portfolios, including scope changes, pricing, exhibits, and amendments.
  • Ensure contract compliance, monitor supplier performance, and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Drive transactional efficiency of agreements through effective use of systems.
  • Identify business value and improvement opportunities within the contract portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to fulfill business requirements.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements tailored to risk levels.
  • Influence and support category strategic and commercial guidance; provide relevant market intelligence to support category networks.
