Responsibilities

  • Manage Fee Payment documentation for GPO customers on a regular basis
  • Oversee IT requests for corrections in Model N regarding contract setups
  • Support Corporate Level projects including product launches and communication planning
  • Lead in developing test plans and user acceptance testing for Model N upgrades
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Companion Contracting System

Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of CSL Commercial Contracts: Including contract set-up, pricing, membership management, and communications.
  • Lead the development and execution of price increase communications, including drafting, coordinating, and distributing notification letters to distributors, GPOs, and Specialty Pharmacies.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of contract pricing updates within Model N, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved contract terms.
  • Complete Distributor notification regarding terms including sending non electronic Bid Awards to Distributors to ensure accurate billing.
  • Utilize Model N data to review contract compliance and membership
  • Ability to effectively interact with various key internal and external partners as needed (e.g., Commercial Operations, Finance and Market Access, etc.) and build strong working relationships
  • Initiate and lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to discuss contracts including, pricing discrepancies and fee payment questions and resolutions.
  • Process Rebate and Fee Payments within Model N related to contractual terms based on CSL contracted term
  • Managing and Providing Fee Payment documentation to GPO customers in predefined formats and managing all questions related to Fee Payment directly on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Managing IT requests for corrections/errors within model N regarding contract setup, pricing errors or fee payment processing errors.
  • Support Corporate Level projects including: Product launches, recalls/voluntary market withdrawals, customer communication planning, systems implementations.
  • Fulfills required and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Lead in developing test plans and UAT (user acceptance testing) for system upgrades for Model N ( pricing and contracting modules, EDI upgrades and fee payment enhancements).
  • Subject Matter Expert for Companion Contracting System, responsible for managing all upgrades and training contracting team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Subject matter expertise in Model N modules, including contract pricing, price programs, rebates/fees, and system data validation, with the ability to ensure accurate pricing execution and compliance.
  • 2 + years' experience in contract analytics, membership or other commercial analytics role
  • Ability to manipulate large data sets within Excel using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Understanding of GPO, Managed Care, Government contracts(PHS-340B, VA, Medicaid) and Chargeback Process
  • Outstanding customer service skills to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to read and interpret contract terms and conditions and apply these to calculate and process rebates using internal systems and Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAF
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple simultaneous tasks
