POSITION SUMMARY:The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned construction projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budgetary constraints.
Description for Internal Candidates
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects
- Develop man-hours, duration, and manning forecast for offshore construction projects
- Participate in Constructability Reviews
- Interpret Isometrics, Structural, and P&ID Drawings
- Develop work packs and/or manage work pack development
- Formulation of Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Project or P6
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Interface and communicate with clients
- Manage personnel and subcontractors' performance with regard to safety and quality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 10 years' experience managing Greenfield and Brownfield topside construction projects
- Offshore experience on Topside Construction Projects is preferred
- Project Management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Offshore Topside installation/construction work
- Experience in Fabrication
- Ability to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects
- Ability to develop work packs and/or manage work pack development
- Experience with the formulation of a Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Project or P6
- Familiar with Customer Specifications and Standards
- Good communicator
- Great work ethic
- Willingness to travel internationally and to offshore worksites, when required
