Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of construction and subcontractor supervision experience.
• Nuclear construction experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage matters confidentially and professionally.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Extensive knowledge of self-perform trades work, estimating, and employee relations.
• Proficient in managing trades union relations and understanding applicable union agreements.
• Knowledge of construction technology, methods, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop a skilled construction supervisory team.
• Manage hiring plans and proactively address labor relations issues.
• Oversee timely performance of all site execution activities.
• Collaborate with the project Safety Manager on site safety and human performance.
• Maintain positive relationships with client construction representatives.
• Create detailed look-ahead schedules based on the project master schedule.
• Monitor project risks and develop recovery strategies when needed.
