Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support the organization's talent strategy. This position is responsible for ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices aligned with business objectives and statutory requirements. The role partners closely with HR business partners, finance, legal, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive market pricing analyses using survey data to benchmark roles and ensure competitive compensation structures
- Design, implement, and maintain global salary structures, incentive programs, equity programs and pay policies
- Perform internal equity analyses and recommend adjustments to address pay gaps and maintain fairness
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation decisions including offers, promotions, and retention strategies
- Lead annual compensation processes such as merit planning, bonus administration, and compensation reviews
- Analyze compensation data and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local compensation regulations (e.g., pay transparency, FLSA classification)
- Support job evaluation, audits and leveling processes to ensure consistency across the organization
- Participate in compensation surveys and manage relationships with survey providers
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through workforce and pay analytics
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and tools
- Evaluate and prepare job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements
- Provide support to other functions, including executive compensation, sales incentives, talent management, and global mobility services
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with compensation survey tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson)
- Knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Experience in job architecture and job leveling frameworks
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience supporting multi-state or global organizations

Salary Range: $96,600.00-$128,800.000
