Job Summary:The Sr. Commercial RE Relationship Manager will primarily originate and service commercial real estate relationships, as well as occasional C&I clients as appropriate.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:- Manages individual commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $300 million, as well as occasional C&I clients as appropriate
- Seeks new business development
- Participates in bank and professional development
- Ensures compliance with Regulations/Loan Policy
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:- College degree in related field preferred
- At least 10 years of Commercial Real Estate Banking experience preferred
- Prior exposure to commercial real estate lending, including customer and prospect calling
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:- Strong credit analysis techniques
- Strong loan evaluation skills
- Strong loan documentation knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Bank regulations
