Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Sr. Commercial RE Relationship Manager will primarily originate and service commercial real estate relationships, as well as occasional C&I clients as appropriate.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Manages individual commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $300 million, as well as occasional C&I clients as appropriate
  • Seeks new business development
  • Participates in bank and professional development
  • Ensures compliance with Regulations/Loan Policy
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Education and/or Experience:

  • College degree in related field preferred
  • At least 10 years of Commercial Real Estate Banking experience preferred
  • Prior exposure to commercial real estate lending, including customer and prospect calling


Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Strong credit analysis techniques
  • Strong loan evaluation skills
  • Strong loan documentation knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of Bank regulations
