Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions

  • Mange team of Cloud Engineers responsible for all global operational cloud platform and infrastructure activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring observability, monitoring, and alerting of cloud platforms and services.
  • Experience implementing IaaS and SaaS cloud solutions across multiple cloud providers.
  • Ensure repeatability by automating deployments and best practices
  • Optimize existing systems for cost, performance, and reliability
  • Engage in and support DevOps practices across the cloud technology landscape (including involvement with other technology development/platform/admin groups)
  • Exhibit a Site Reliability Engineering mindset when engaging with or developing reliability and incident response practices
  • Influence application and security architecture and design across multi and hybrid cloud platforms
  • Peer-reviewing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, or similar)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills
  • Relationship management with tech and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Architect solutions based on stakeholder requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Self-starter attitude with ability to troubleshoot and conduct own research on solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven working experience in cloud and virtualization environments.

Education and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience administering cloud and virtualization technology
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior or lead role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required


Physical Requirements

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
  • Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
  • Use of audio-visual equipment is required


Professional Certification

  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Professional certification may be required in some cases
