Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Senior Clinical Analyst - Quality Assurance will play a critical role in advancing patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for analyzing healthcare data, monitoring quality indicators, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports for hospital leadership.
  • Support hospital accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to standards such as The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop evidence-based protocols and performance improvement projects.
  • Lead root cause analyses and provide insights to enhance patient safety programs.
  • Utilize statistical tools and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
