Full Job Description
Tenstorrent is looking for a Sr. Change & Configuration Analyst to bring structure and rigor to our product change management process across hardware manufacturing. The role has three focus areas: change review and analysis in our PLM system, configuration and PLM system administration, and change execution follow-through in partnership with engineering, supply chain, and quality. Our processes are still maturing, so this is a build-and-own opportunity - you'll be setting the standards this function runs on, not just enforcing someone else's. This role ishybrid, based out of Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting. Who You Are • Experienced with Arena PLM or a similar PLM system in a hardware manufacturing environment. • Familiar with NetSuite or a similar ERP system, including how product changes flow into ERP transactions. • Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing technical and administrative information for completeness and accuracy. • Comfortable holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines without formal authority. • A clear written communicator who can document processes for engineering, supply chain, quality, and other broad audiences. What We Need • Review ECOs, DCOs, and MCOs for administrative completeness, file formatting, routing accuracy, clear descriptions, implementation steps, and inventory disposition. • Monitor change orders through ERP implementation and aging, follow up on overdue actions, and escalate stalled changes to support timely closure. • Partner with engineering and manufacturing to structure EBOMs, MBOMs, sales kit structures, and saleable part numbers or SKUs for PLM and ERP execution. • Administer PLM user access, permissions, routing, and workflow configuration, serving as the go-to resource for PLM usage. • Build, document, and continuously improve change management processes and standard work within the PLM system. What You Will Learn • How to build and scale product change management practices within a fast-growing AI hardware company. • How engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, PLM, and ERP processes connect from change review through implementation. • How configuration structures, part numbering, BOMs, and saleable SKUs support manufacturing execution. • How to establish clear operating standards, documentation, and accountability across a maturing cross-functional function. Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits.
