About the Team
The team acts as a liaison between IT and business functions to analyze complex business problems and provide technical solutions. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Interacts with internal and external technical resources, as well as functional Business Analysts and Project Managers. Translates business needs into actionable requirements by gathering enough information to define a solution and drive clarity to make rational decisions. Works with the Business Operations team to functionally architect solutions to meet customer needs using the most appropriate technologies - considering cost, time-to-market, and serviceability.
About the Role
Collaborate with other stakeholder groups, to analyze and translate simple-to-complex business problems and needs into solutions. Ensure technical requirements are understood and documented, and agreements and alignments are made with business and stakeholder partners. Interact with internal and external technical resources, such as, developers, architects, peer business analyst, scrum masters, and project/program managers to ensure the delivery of key business and technical capabilities. Functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform, and related technical areas. Shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives. Plan, prioritize, design, develop and deploy new projects & system enhancements. Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.
Salary Range: $174,637 - $202,800
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field and 3 years of experience in a Sr Business Systems Analyst role or related occupation.
3 years (36 months) of experience with Salesforce;
3 years (36 months) of experience in Agile methodology; and
3 years (36 months) of experience with work management tools such as Jira.
