Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise applications, with 2 years in Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle supply chain modules.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Foundational understanding of master data and Account Receivables.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture, PL/SQL, and custom logic.
• Willingness to learn new applications and technologies.
• Familiarity with OUM or equivalent methodology.
• Standard project management practices knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-project environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business leads to assess supply chain needs and challenges.
• Define solutions with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM, Oracle EBS, and other applications.
• Communicate solution options to stakeholders and assist in decisions.
• Create documentation including requirements and test scenarios.
• Oversee documentation of solutions and processes.
• Develop integrated solutions for SCM and related applications.
• Collaborate with teams on digital transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans for IT project implementation.
• Direct resources on project tasks and monitor activities.
• Identify and resolve daily support issues within SCM applications.
