Opportunity OverviewThe Senior Business Systems Analyst - Architecture Governance partners with business and technology stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, technology solutions, and enterprise architecture standards. This role facilitates governance processes, evaluates business and technical requirements, supports architecture decision-making, monitors compliance with established standards, and contributes to the ongoing maturity of the Architecture Governance program.
What You'll Do:- Support and administer Architecture Governance processes, standards, policies, reviews, and exception management across the enterprise.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and technology leaders to evaluate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with architecture principles, standards, and strategic roadmaps.
- Coordinate and facilitate governance reviews, approvals, and stakeholder discussions; document decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Monitor compliance with architectural standards, analyze governance metrics and trends, and provide reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain architecture repositories, governance artifacts, standards, and supporting tools while identifying opportunities to improve governance effectiveness and organizational adoption.
- Participate in strategic technology planning and roadmap initiatives.
Position RequirementsWhat You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technology-focused role.
- Experience supporting Architecture Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, Solution Architecture, or related governance functions.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, and governance practices.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and working with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive informed decisions.
- Working knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, data architecture concepts, and cloud technologies.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
