Position Description: This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office (Downtown) at a minimum 4 days per week subject to change at any time.
BSA need to have work experience for regulatory reporting, familiar with client Capital market product, e.g. Loans/Deposit/Nostro/Vostro; client data i.e. Client Data Repository (CDR), Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Know You Client (KYC); Booking, e.g. Booking Data Repository (BDR).
The working hours will be extensive where candidate may need to join the call in early morning and late evening to accommodate the time zone difference.
Preferable if candidate can also speak Mandarin and Cantonese.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Understanding various product attributes from upstream, e.g. Lending product, Facility, Security, Security Finance Transaction(SFT), and Derivative, etc.
. Picking up new concept and applying it quickly, e.g. LEF Risk Shifting for Credit Default Swap (CDS), SFT, Derivative, Guarantees, and LC Fronting, etc.
. Performing data gap analysis, systems, processes and procedures as required for the project.
. Create reporting mapping logic or requirement document.
. Communicating requirement to development and QA, performing testing, coordinating UAT testing and assisting production implementation .
. Contributing to the process re engineering and process improvement where applicable.
. Supporting user's training and documentation as needed.
. Report the BA team working status and raise concerns or issues that may hinder the project progress as planned to management and PMs
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Must have
. 8+ years of experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems re- engineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company.
. Undergraduate degree or higher, preferable in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance.
. Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle, Agile, others.
. Experience in SQL through HIVE, MS SQL server, Teradata, HUE, Dremio, etc.
. Advance MSWord, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Visio, MS Access
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
