Full Job Description
Citigroup Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr Business Associate for its Tampa, FL location.

DUTIES: Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Support GO management reporting, including contributions to enterprise CRS reporting and recurring staff meetings. Develop and coordinate presentations and management communications for internal stakeholders and C-suite executives. Coordinate planning and production of materials for town halls, leadership offsites, and special events. Coordinate global GO organizational announcements. Support development and execution of a multiplatform communication strategy using Collaborate, SharePoint, and e-newsletters to inform staff of key initiatives and programs. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Facilitate discussions and execution of special projects across regions and functions. Support development, tracking, and reporting of annual business goals and short-, mid-, and long-term deliverables. Support operational governance activities and GO processes. Identify and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Business Office and GO. Prepare manuals in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy. Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, identifying problems and improvements. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Coordinate monthly GO financial reporting and support analysis and review of anomaly and metric-based reports. Coordinate GO-related bid exception approvals, delegation of authority requests, and event exception processes. Monitor GO-related outputs from the Governance and Control Office (GCO). Align with regional CRS teams, including operational budgets, forecasts, and planning activities. Support Operational Governance efforts to develop, enhance, or re-engineer controls based on GO process knowledge. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Six (6) years of experience must include: Utilizing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma) for planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects with global scope and multiple stakeholders, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met; Using data analysis tools to gather, analyze, and present data for reporting purposes, including financial metrics, KPIs, and project status; Utilizing financial management principles, budgeting processes, and financial reporting to monitor and improve the financial performance of the business' activities; Supporting organizational change initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to support process improvements and efficiency gains; Creating purchase orders following up with invoice submissions for projects using Procure to Pay (P2P); and Tracking non-employee resources and change requests using Service Now. 40 hrs./wk.
