This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment-someone ready to bring order to ambiguity, build clear SOPs from scratch, and scale our global benefits infrastructure across multiple regions.

  • Leave of Absence (LOA) Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert end-to-end for global and regional Leave of Absence processes (FMLA, statutory medical leave, parental leave, disability) with empathy and legal compliance.
  • Process & SOP Creation: Identify operational gaps, document undocumented workflows, and build scalable SOPs, employee benefit guides, and communications from the ground up.
  • System & EDI Management: Manage vendor EDI feeds, resolve data transmission errors within HRIS platforms, and ensure accurate record-keeping across regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance teams on cross-border employee escalations, budgeting, and headcount tracking.
  • Financial Reconciliation & Audits: Lead monthly invoice reconciliations across global benefit vendors, audit statements for accuracy, and report cost trends to Finance.
  • Vendor & Compliance Leadership: Manage broker and vendor relations globally for renewals, open enrollment, and regional regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced expertise in both Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)-must be comfortable leveraging both toolsets for complex data modeling, reporting, and documentation.
