This role will support Service, Engineering, Operations and Projects with troubleshooting, standards, programming reviews and technical leadership. Position has succession potential into Controls Team Lead or Controls Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Primary escalation resource for controls-related service issues and BAS troubleshooting.
- Review and optimize BAS programming and control strategies.
- Validate programming from contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Develop controls standards, templates and sequences of operation.
- Document tribal knowledge and best practices.
- Support engineering reviews, mentoring and training.
- Support commissioning, startup and optimization activities.
- Help define and grow future controls service offerings.
Skills, Education, and/or Experience- Education in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or a related field preferred.
- Red Seal Electrician, Refrigeration Mechanic, Instrumentation Technician, or related technical diploma/degree.
- Minimum 5 years BAS experience.
- Experience programming, commissioning and troubleshooting BAS systems.
- Experience working with service organizations, engineering teams and contractors.

Job ConditionsPhysical Demands: - Moderate physical effort - able to lift up to 10lbs.
