About the Role:

The GoodRx B2B Marketing team seeks a Sr. B2B Marketing Manager to shape and lead integrated marketing strategies across the healthcare professional (HCP), pharmaceutical manufacturer, retail pharmacy, employer/payer, and health information technology market segments. Reporting to the Sr. Director of B2B Marketing, this senior individual contributor will apply broad expertise across related B2B marketing disciplines to influence company objectives, resolve significant and unique business challenges, and establish scalable approaches that drive measurable growth. The role serves as a recognized subject matter expert and strategic advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners for a variety of marketing programs and practices across each of the B2B market segments, with particular accountability for advancing the company's HCP value chain.


The successful candidate will bring broad expertise across content, campaigns, digital, events, commercialization, and marketing operations. They will demonstrate thought leadership, conceptual and analytical problem-solving, and a record of leading complex initiatives across multiple functions while persuading diverse stakeholders and advising senior leaders on strategy, priorities, and business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

Full-funnel HCP engagement and audience commercialization

  • Own the enterprise marketing strategy for the HCP value chain across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization; devising marketing strategies and execution plans to support the strategic roadmap for growth
  • Build and lead a formal cross-functional network across HCP lifecycle marketing, CRM, advertising media, analytics, content, communications, Sales, and platform monetization to align priorities, resolve competing stakeholder needs, and advance the business growth strategy
  • Advise senior management by synthesizing HCP performance, customer and market insights, risks, dependencies, and investment tradeoffs into clear recommendations and decisions
  • Identify emerging opportunities and significant business challenges across the HCP ecosystem, applying conceptual thinking and independent judgment to develop innovative marketing solutions

Content and collateral development and management

  • Establish enterprise B2B messaging standards and governance to ensure a differentiated, consistent market position across audiences, channels, and lines of business
  • Develop and manage collateral plan and content calendar, and execute content production across all B2B lines of business for timely delivery to market; for example, sell sheets, pitch decks, case studies, white papers, testimonials, web, video, webinars
  • Translate complex clinical, commercial, product, and market concepts into compelling B2B narratives and marketing materials for B2B audiences, researching and planning content, developing specifications and creative briefs, managing collateral creation and SME approvals
  • Define scalable governance and lifecycle-management practices for the GoodRx industry solutions collateral portfolio, from intake and prioritization through distribution, measurement, and optimization. Produce and maintain GoodRx industry solutions (B2B) collateral library, from intake, planning, prioritization, and development to distribution and updates.

Program management and operations

  • Lead significant, complex marketing programs spanning multiple functions; establish the approach, governance, milestones, decision rights, and success measures while resolving ambiguity and material risks
  • Develop integrated campaign plans and measurement frameworks with Communications, Growth Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and Commercial teams; evaluate performance and ROI and recommend shifts in strategy or investment
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities and broader organizational initiatives; influence roadmaps, direct the activities of cross-functional contributors, and remain accountable for program outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership on B2B marketing practices, market trends, audience needs, and commercialization opportunities, and guide the development of new approaches that can scale across the organization

Event planning and management

  • Partner with Sr. Events Manager to support event planning and management for industry conferences and trade shows as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a PhD and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Broad expertise developing B2B marketing and commercialization strategies for healthcare providers, with depth across several related disciplines such as content, campaigns, digital, events, and marketing operations
  • Understanding of clinician mindset and prescriber workflows
  • Industry experience preferred in pharmaceutical manufacturer, retail pharmacy, employer/payer markets and/or B2B technology
  • Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional programs and providing operational oversight, program management, analysis, and executive presentations and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead significant and unique initiatives with substantial autonomy, evaluate intangible or competing factors, and remain accountable for outcomes that affect multiple functions
  • Recognized subject matter expertise and demonstrated thought leadership in B2B marketing, including the ability to develop new frameworks, practices, or approaches.
  • Demonstrated success creating formal cross-functional networks, directing work without direct authority, and influencing senior leaders and diverse stakeholders on complex or sensitive business matters
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, presentation, and executive-influence skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a record of connecting marketing strategy and investment decisions to measurable revenue growth and ROI
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Commercial teams
