Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or co-managed role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; familiarity with Terraform or similar tools preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, or Hyper-V.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) workloads including VMs and networks.
• Manage hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD, AAD Connect, and Conditional Access.
• Lead migration projects from on-premises infrastructure to Azure cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to fulfill shared responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards.
