Are you passionate about A/V systems, technology integration, and providing high-level support in dynamic environments? We are working with a client who is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to join our team and support integrated audio/visual, IT, and automation systems across multiple high-end properties. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with top-tier customer service, including executive-level support.

The Systems Support Specialist ensures the seamless operation of A/V, IT, and automation systems across multiple locations. You'll troubleshoot, support, and maintain systems ranging from talkback (TB) intercoms to home automation , conference room technology , and personal devices . You'll also deliver dedicated support to executives and business owners, ensuring the highest standards of service.
  • 5+ years of IT or A/V support experience (control systems, conferencing platforms, automation systems).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (network/VPN, connectivity, user devices, talkback systems).
  • Excellent communication, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to support executives/VIPs in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to local properties.
