The Automation Analyst will lead automation initiatives by applying technical and process expertise. They will work across IT and business teams to design, build, and test automation solutions that meet enterprise needs. They manage projects from start to finishincluding planning, development, deployment, and handoffs to support teamsand help resolve issues to ensure successful execution. They also guide and support staff to maintain quality and consistency in automation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in an Analyst or Senior Analyst role
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills (Six Sigma preferred)
- Experience designing and managing automation workflows
- Proficiency in scripting languages and GitHub
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing best practices
- Ability to lead projects, mentor others, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Expertise in at least one automation domain
- Strategic decision-making and KPI monitoring experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AI and machine learning in automation
- Understanding of contracting processes and system architecture
- Ability to improve automation frameworks and train/support teams
- Involvement in hiring and career development
- Adaptability and a positive, professional attitude
