About the RoleThe Sr. Audio Visual Specialist serves as the lead audiovisual professional for Corning's Charlotte Headquarters, supporting executive meetings, corporate communications, and high-visibility events. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with ownership of AV operations, vendor coordination, and event delivery in a fast-paced executive environment. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service, takes ownership of outcomes, and consistently ensures a seamless stakeholder experience.
What You'll Do- Support executive meetings, training sessions, town halls, and enterprise events at Charlotte Headquarters.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver live and virtual productions, broadcasts, and company-wide events.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage AV equipment, inventory, maintenance activities, and site standards for AV operations.
What We're Looking For- A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting audiovisual technologies, live events, productions, or collaboration environments.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly in high-visibility situations.
- A proven commitment to customer service and professionalism in executive-facing environments.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting executive meetings, corporate events, hospitality venues, broadcast environments, or live productions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise conferencing technologies.
- CTS certification is a plus, but equivalent hands-on experience supporting complex AV environments is equally valued.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $93,142.00 - $128,070.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
