  • Support headcount planning governance, including maintaining planning calendars, defining input requirements, tracking dependencies, and ensuring assumptions are documented consistently across teams.
  • Maintain and improve financial models, reporting tools, and operating processes; leverage automation and approved AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to improve efficiency, accelerate analysis, strengthen controls, and enhance the quality and consistency of financial insights.

Performance Management
  • Access, transform, reconcile, and synthesize data from multiple systems to evaluate performance, trends, and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Finance systems and data owners to improve source-of-truth definitions, reporting logic, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity assessments to evaluate financial risk, forecast uncertainty, and potential mitigation actions across headcount, people costs, and Corporate Strategic Finance priorities.

Culture & Values
  • Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment and build trusted partnerships across Finance and the broader organization.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, ownership, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
