Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Governance Management to join our Ignition Tax Product practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Support tax technology governance by ensuring technology implementations align with compliance requirements, policies, and regulatory standards
  • Analyze the impact of organizational and stakeholder changes on tax processes, workflows, and technology operations
  • Apply governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to support technology strategy, projects, and operational initiatives
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, including stakeholder communication, data analysis, workplan development, and milestone management
  • Facilitate meetings, manage project risks and issues, and drive timely resolution of challenges to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members while mentoring junior colleagues and promoting effective project delivery practices
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience of governance and compliance experience, preferably within a large professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or minimum three years of equivalent experience in governance and compliance is preferred; more specifically within a large professional services environment; minimum high school diploma or GED is required
  • Working knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks; industry certifications such as PMP, ISO, SOC, DCAM, or CPA are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and present complex information in a structured, concise, and actionable manner
  • Proven ability to interpret technical concepts and communicate key insights effectively to non-technical audiences; familiarity with current and emerging technologies, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment
