Sr Art Director (art, experiential), you will have a history of developing award-winning design work and possesses the ability to develop others to do the same. You are someone who is passionate about design with the ability to generate visually striking graphic solutions across multiple mediums.

- Develop stunning visual id + event brand systems for essential programs across financial and tech clients (logos, color palettes, graphic language, etc)
- Absorb, dissect and become an expert in client brand guidelines for each project you touch. Understanding how to best apply the given brand and work within the design brief to move the work forward and gain brand approvals.
- Translate client marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive designs that stimulate targeted audiences
- Design compelling graphic solutions across all digital and print elements as well as presentation decks
- Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner that meets the brief and elevates the work.
- Be responsible, organized and accountable your work and deadlines
- Understanding of production methods of execution
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Communicate feedback to team members in a constructive fashion
- Collaborate within the Creative department and across the organization
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, competence, professionalism and authenticity
- Stay current with design trends and apply them to work where relevant
- Lead graphic design team on portfolios and projects

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.F.A.) from four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Art, or other relevant area; 8+ years of relevant design experience; 3+ of experience in experiential marketing or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Microsoft Office Suite/PowerPoint, and Keynote. Familiarity with Figma, video or GIF creation tools, and gen AI software is a plus.
