Job Profile Summary:
This position will partner with HR COE, HR Operations leaders, and others to advance creative solutions within Workday. This position is responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of Workday configurations and will work through complex problems, issues, and processes to ensure global compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and testing of the Workday system.
Supports Workday modules, with primary support of Compensation, HCM, and Benefits.
Recruiting (Talent Acquisition), Onboarding, Talent, and Learning will be included.
Collaborates with business partners to translate goals and objectives into change requests with clear requirements.
Assists with defining, implementing, and maintaining Workday configurations for various modules.
Leads and/or participates in the research, design, development, testing, delivery, and training of new enhancements, features, or tools.
Identifies areas to simplify, standardize, and improve the Workday setup.
Follows Workday best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3 years of configuration experience with Workday HCM
Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities. Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and self-directed.
