Sr. Analyst, US Pricing and Contracting, in our US Structural Heart business, which is leading the way for structural heart therapies and challenging current treatment options to change the course of patient care. With a comprehensive portfolio designed to treat a broad range of patients with structural heart diseases, from infants to elderly patients.
The location for this position is our office in Austin, TX. The role is pivotal in supporting the US Sales organization in tracking, driving and analyzing our SH contracts/rebate amendments and pricing strategy. The position uses excellent analytical skills to proactively improve internal reporting, models, and metrics. The role collaborates with Finance, Commercial and Enterprise sales leadership and will lead all pricing and contracting analysis work. This position reports to the Sr. Manager US Pricing Solutions Heart Valves within the Global Pricing organization.
What You'll Work On- Monitor, analyze and report price/rebate achievements on an IDN/account level
- Develop & publish pricing KPI's, providing context and analysis on the drivers and performance
- Provide reports and analysis for Sales leadership and prepare analysis for quarterly business reviews for Top 50 accounts (internal as well as external)
- Provide analytics and benchmarks to assist in establishing pricing/rebate strategy and tactics
- Build forecast models, pricing sensitivity and elasticity analysis for existing and new product offerings and develop tools and pricing models to analyze pricing requests.
- Measure effectiveness of pricing strategies. Track and measure incremental sales and margin associated with price changes.
- Assist with training of sales organization, and other functions on pricing tools, policies, and procedures. Analyze current pricing rules and make recommendations to improve. Actively participate in cross-functional teams to develop a price setting and approval process.
- Follow all management approved processes and procedures; alerts management when circumstances require deviation to the approved processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to ensure tools and processes support pricing strategy/approach and are being fully utilized
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Finance or Marketing required
- >5 years of relevant experience in pricing/pricing analytics in healthcare environment
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, including forecasting and pricing
- Proficient in the use of MS office (advanced skills in Excel), Smartsheet, PowerBI, ...
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under general supervision and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to listen, resolve moderately complex problems, deal with unresolved issues, delays and unexpected events, while effectively communicating and maintaining rapport with Sales organization
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 - $173,300.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
