The Senior Analyst, Treasury is responsible for supporting the Director and Manager in running the Treasury function in FP&A. This role is responsible for helping to manage daily cash operations for ACV as needed, supporting the Manager, Director and VP of Finance to maintain liquidity for ACV's operations, integrity and security regarding controls and bank access, and continuity across all banking operations and relationships. In addition to supporting the Treasury operations above, this position will also support Treasury related SOX controls, Risk Mitigation, monthly and quarterly reporting (both internal and external), forecasting, navigating fraud cases that arise and escalating as needed, as well as relationship management with our banking and lending partners. Special projects and ad hoc requests are also part of the day-to-day duties of this position. The Senior Analyst, Treasury reports directly to the Dir, Finance and will partner with closely and receive direction from them to ensure ACV's Treasury operations are operating effectively and smoothly.
What you will do:- Assist with daily Treasury /banking operations - payment approvals, bank balance monitoring (i.e. maintaining liquidity for operations), cash transfers, etc. as instructed by Manager/Director
- Manage cash to maximize yield and minimize business disruption, while maintaining liquidity
- Assist with Debt Facilities - monthly reporting, relationship management with lenders, SOX support , audits
- Lead Daily Cash Transfer process for Debt Warehouse compliance, which includes providing guidance and oversight to teammate in India
- Maintain integrity across treasury operations and banking platforms (user access, fraud prevention)
- Supporting the Manager & Director of Treasury/Finance on ACV initiatives and special projects
- Partner and collaborate with other departments to support and streamline their Treas needs / ops
- Leverage technology and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to improve procedures, controls
- KYC documents for new banking relationships
- Quarterly Risk Mitigation analysis and the carrying out of risk prevention strategies
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Bachelor's degree in finance preferred
- 5+ years' relevant experience required
