Senior Analyst, Strategy and Operations

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations, to join our team. You'll turn data into action, leading transformative projects in a rapidly growing business that's shaping the future of sustainable agriculture and fresh produce distribution.

You understand the power of data in shaping the future, and you're all about making decisions based on insights. Operating with intellectual rigor and open-mindedness, you encourage candid conversations and evidence-based choices.

You'll dive into our data and become the guiding hand behind ongoing improvements to our strategy and operations as we build our blueprint for the agriculture of tomorrow.

Specifically, you will:
  • Lead complex data analyses and driving process improvements
  • Offer insights into strategic decision-making on company operations
  • Collaborate across functions to spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing margins
  • Manage and maintain a database of projects, ensuring their timely execution aligns with strategic objectives and resource allocation
  • Develop high-quality presentations and memos integrating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), audience insights and critical business metrics
  • Play a pivotal role in the analysis of capital projects and leading operations analysis for M&A opportunities
  • Provide critical assessments to guide investment decisions and strategic expansion
  • Ensure alignment with long-term company goals and market dynamics, while fostering innovation and sustainability in operations

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or data analytics
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed quantitative analyses using Excel and other synthesize insights in crisp presentation materials
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and comfortable with working through ambiguity and change
  • Proactive about asking questions and managing professional development

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience working in consumer-packaged goods (CPGs), fresh produce, logistics and distribution and/or manufacturing industries
