Location: Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area)
Position SummaryThe Analyst supports governance and tracking of client performance guarantees (PGs) and contract related commitments within Client Services. This role maintains visibility into PG obligations, supports reporting needs, and assists with identifying risks or potential issues. The PG Analyst collaborates closely with Legal, Finance, and Client Services stakeholders to maintain accuracy and consistency in PG related processes.
Position Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate PG-related data and documentation supporting reporting and visibility.
- Track PG commitments, exceptions, and approval requirements.
- Support review of contract redlines or PG-related issues under the direction of senior team members.
- Assist with Finance-driven processes related to forecasting or accrual considerations.
- Maintain governance documentation, workflows, and tracking of PG activities.
- Support identification of trends, risks, or process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, contract support, or healthcare administration.
- Strong documentation and data-tracking skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
Remote, US Salary Range
$90,000-$110,000 USD
