Full Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Stock Operations Analyst to support the global day-to-day operations and processing of Netflix's Stock Program, which consists of RSUs, PSUs, and a unique stock options program.

This role can be based in Los Gatos, CA or Los Angeles, CA, with an expectation to be in the office Tues-Thurs.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee inquiries from around the globe.
  • Create educational resources and facilitate global education for stakeholders and employees on the benefits and operation of the stock plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Payroll, Tax, Talent, and Employee Services.
  • Assist with stock administration operations, including daily exercises, payroll reporting, 10b5-1, annual open enrollment, and quarter and year-end close.
  • Assist with operational aspects of RSU and PSU grants and releases.
  • Prepare SEC filings, Forms 3,4, and 5, and Proxy statements, 10-K, 8-K.
  • Assist with preparing equity reports for business partners throughout the financial reporting lifecycle, including Payroll, Tax, Accounting, Treasury, Global Mobility, transfer agents, and brokerage firms.
  • Assist in the deployment and operation of the stock plan internationally.
  • Preserve the integrity of source data and ensure its accuracy within our information systems.
  • Periodically review processes to develop innovative ideas, increasing the operational efficiency of plan administration and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Domestic and international travel is required during open enrollment period in Q4.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience. We will prioritize candidates who have direct experience in stock plan administration.
  • Knowledge of legal, tax compliance, and reporting requirements for domestic and international equity.
  • Certified Equity Professional accreditation is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on controls.
  • Effective communicator with strong organization, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities, and navigates areas of uncertainty.
  • Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online is a plus.
  • Familiar with Google Editor Suite.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.


Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000.00 - $225,000.00.
