Position Purpose:

Home Depot's Orange Apron Media (OAM) is seeking a Sr. Analyst of Reporting & Insights to become an expert in measurement strategy, leadership, and execution for Suppliers/Advertisers within our retail media network.

In this role, you will support the management of a number of suppliers/advertisers by analyzing and presenting data driven narratives and stories of performance. You will evaluate marketing impact using tools such as MTA ROAS, media delivery analytics, and advanced reporting, as well as ad effectiveness measurement such as brand lift, A/B testing, and incrementality studies to deliver clear, actionable learnings to internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a key driver of Return on Marketing Objective (ROMO) storytelling-translating complex data into compelling narratives that influence advertiser growth and shape future investment strategies.

The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst and leader who is passionate about both marketing measurement and process development and implementation. You must bring an ownership mindset, a collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills to support cross-functional partners and foster excellence across people, processes, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 20% Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance.
  • 20% Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.
  • 20% Analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance.
  • 10% Work with the Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytic dashboards.
  • 10% Takes the lead on new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team.
  • 10% Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel.

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Marketing Measurement: Deep understanding of marketing analytics across digital media and retail, with direct experience applying methods like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and brand lift.


  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data extraction and hypothesis testing; experienced in data visualization tools such as Tableau to build compelling, insight-driven narratives.


  • Test-and-Learn Mindset: Proven success in building and scaling test-and-learn functions to enhance media performance and inform optimization strategies.


  • Strategic Problem Solving: Skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous business challenges-spanning process, technology, and customer experience-into clear, actionable improvement plans.


  • Influence & Communication: Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.


  • Change Management & Collaboration: Experienced in navigating organizational change, fostering cross-functional alignment, and building strong partnerships across teams.


  • Market Awareness: Ability to conduct competitive research and apply insights to inform strategy and innovation.
