Job DescriptionAs Senior Analyst, Reporting and Forecasting you will be crucial in advancing the success of our business by developing, simplifying, and maintaining our data architecture and end user reporting that will provide the organization with consistent narratives and reliable, easy to understand takeaways. Additionally you will be heavily involved in creating and sharing actionable insights related to customer forecasts and gross-to-net sales decomposition.
How you will contribute:- Primary database developer - Maintain and build additions to existing Databricks environment housing all data necessary to populate internal reporting
- Data harmonization - Build data pipelines from multiple sources to unify data into a single "one source of truth" model
- Company expert on Power BI - Maintain report availability, deploy improvements, develop visualizations, and manage distribution of reports
- Snapshot Management - Manage reporting and storage of snapshots of various budgets, points in time, and assumption for gross-to-net portion of P&L
- Data Translation - Simplify results of day-to-day and ad hoc analyses into reports and insights that are easily understood across experience levels
- Sales Forecasting - Own base sales forecast in partnership with Field Sales, interface with Marketing and Operations throughout S&OP monthly cycles
- Trade Reporting - Support primary trade owners in accurately summarizing and reporting on spend from trade system

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CPG analytics, demand planning, or related field preferred with a primary focus on business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of statistical programming languages (such as R, Python, SQL) with experience writing queries, developing databases, etc.
- Seasoned in using data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)
- A natural inclination towards solving complex problems
- High attention to detail and passion for data integrity
- Comfort in working across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
- Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
- Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision
- Diligence in keeping detailed, well-structured notes on assumptions and programming changes for clarity and continuity
- Desire to understand business challenges, create valuable actionable insights about the data, communicate your findings to the business, and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in statistical techniques and concepts such as regression, distribution properties, statistical testing, etc.
- Prior experience with following systems/applications is a plus: Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, NetSuite, Vividly or other TPM systems, and syndicated data interfaces such as Nielsen, Circana, SPINS.

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
