This role will support indirect procurement across Equipment, Furniture, and Chemicals for the LAC region, executing sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and ensuring supplier agreements and SLAs are in place. The Sr. analyst will work closely with Operations, Area Franchisee Leads and Master Franchisees to align procurement execution with business needs, while supporting cost optimization initiatives and maintaining the regional category spend database.The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of supply chain or procurement experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and is bilingual in English/Spanish.
Responsibilities:- Execute sourcing strategies in place for Food, Beverages & Paper/Packaging Categories, as well as Indirect Categories, like Furniture and CAPEX
- Ensure alignment of Procurement strategies and execution plans with the Business Leaders (Mkt/Ops/SQA/GMs) and Master Franchisees
- Support and lead negotiations and RFPs with appropriate suppliers
- Identify and execute key market opportunities to optimize food costs and improve franchisee profitability
- Coordinate strategic initiatives such as localization of products, approval of contingency suppliers, dual-sourcing, and product development support
- Manage regional category spend database, and ensure it is up to date and used effectively for RFI, RFP, negotiations & constant identification of opportunities
- Build procurement awareness and capability in regional and franchise teams
- Work with the legal team on MNDAs, MTCs, etc. and ensure escalations to the business when applicable
- Provide support for New Country Market Entries to ensure supply and availability of products
- Ensure Supplier Agreements are in place and monitor key SLAs for suppliers into DCs
- Provide support in approval and onboarding of new suppliers into the RBI system
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement preferred
- Team player with strong communication and problem solving skills as well as leadership capabilities
- Develops financial models to analyze cost savings opportunities to determine viability and profitability
- Strong analytical skills (researching, analyzing and interpreting data)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities, time management and interpersonal skills
- QSR, food processing, retail or CPG experience preferred
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is required
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
