The Opportunity

The purpose of this position is to support contract processing related activities, such as: Management Review - Review randomly selected booked contracts to ensure established guidelines/procedures have been completed. Ad-hoc - (1) Plans - Systems: Participate in the development and/or enhancement of systems capabilities - processes in order to streamline Contract Processing workflows; Assist in the maintenance of systems, plans, and programs with strict adherence to legal requirements; (2) CPC Workflow Efficiencies: Provide support to the entire CPC team in both preparation for the different audits; analyze data related to potential customer fraud issues or escalated dealer issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner; and Manage vendor relationships with DDS and Sykes including responsibility for managing the service level agreement (SLA)Reporting - Analytics - Create, implement, and monitor operational reporting metrics and scorecards using advanced data and modeling techniques; Create implement and monitor decision trees to discover efficiencies in funding processes. Ensure timeliness and accuracy, as they are critical to provide Best in Class service to dealers and customers.

The Work Itself

  • Identify, define, analyze, and develop course of action to resolve technical issues, support applications and databases, develop generic/self-maintaining, low maintenance tools.
  • Create, implement and monitor operational reporting and metrics and scorecards using advanced data and modeling techniques.
  • Create, implement and monitor decision trees to discover efficiencies in funding processes.
  • Extract data from a variety of source systems, create new reports and/or automate existing manual processes to improve efficiency; provide information to various levels of management for decision-making purposes.
  • Expand analytic capabilities and enhance operational efficiency across all sites.
  • Maintain continuous communication with management.
  • Systems outages that can potentially impact operations must be escalated to management acted upon and monitored through resolution.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years in financial services or similar industry is needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.
  • Education may be used as a proxy for experience.
  • Perform technical tasks required to support ongoing business operations.
  • Skilled technician in a hands-on environment, often highly specialized.
  • Typically requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
  • Contribute to and manage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of RPM and E-O for Retail and Lease including escalation procedures.

Base Pay Range : $85000 - $150000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
