The Senior Analyst of Paid Search Banking and Non-Card will help drive performance and growth across our Paid Search marketing programs for our U.S. Consumer Banking portfolio (including Savings and Checking products) and Non-Card products (loans and insurance). This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, and plays a key part in delivering efficient, scalable growth through search marketing.

Responsibilities

    Support the development and execution of Paid Search strategies aligned to business and marketing priorities
  • Own monthly performance reporting and forecasting for Savings and Checking campaigns
  • Build and deliver regular performance narratives, highlighting key trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align campaign messaging with product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, including leading regular performance and status meetings
  • Identify opportunities for growth through campaign expansion, optimization, and structured testing initiatives
  • Oversee ad copy development and approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards
  • Monitor and implement updates to product rates (e.g., savings and CD offers) within campaigns in a timely manner
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and performance measurement
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met across key initiatives
  • Navigate a regulated environment by ensuring all marketing activities meet legal and compliance requirements
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
