Summary
The Senior Analyst, Office of the CEO supports the Chief of Staff in advancing the CEO's priorities across executive reporting, analysis, communications, and the company operating cadence. This role creates and maintains the consolidated reporting that shows how the company is performing, builds the analysis behind executive decisions, and prepares the materials used to communicate results to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and the other relevant stakeholders. The role works across every function of the airline and requires sound judgment in handling confidential information.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related analytical field.
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical function.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to build a financial or operational model from a blank spreadsheet.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to condense complex analysis into a one-page memo or a single slide.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to gather inputs from multiple functions and consolidate them into a single, reconciled executive-level view.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and market-sensitive information.
• Planning and process design skills, including the ability to establish and maintain a repeatable reporting cycle.
• Internal client orientation and responsiveness to executive stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and attentive.

Preferred Requirements
• Airline, travel, transportation, or other asset-intensive industry experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable data and reporting tool.
• Master's degree in Business Administration.

Job Duties
• Support the Chief of Staff in advancing the CEO's priorities across executive reporting, analysis, communications, and the company operating cadence.
• Create recurring executive-level reporting that consolidates results from functions across the organization into a single view for the CEO and the Executive Committee.
• Establish and manage the reporting intake process, including metric definitions, data owners, submission deadlines, and version control, so that each reporting cycle runs on a repeatable process.
• Reconcile inconsistencies between functional submissions with the source owner before reporting moves forward, and standardize report formats so results are comparable period over period and across business units.
• Support CEO-level questions on any aspects of the business: operational, people, financial, etc.
• Conduct competitive and industry benchmarking against network and low-cost carriers, and translate findings into implications for Allegiant rather than data summaries.
• Prepare executive-level materials including Board presentations, Team Member town hall content, earnings support materials, and internal leadership updates.
• Develop briefing memos and pre-read packets ahead of CEO meetings, external appearances, and investor engagements.
• Verify that figures cited in executive-facing materials trace to an identified owner and source, and flag placeholders and unverified claims before materials are circulated.
• Support Chief of Staff to manage the action item pipeline from the CEO agenda, including follow-up with owners and status reporting, and track progress against annual company goals and integration milestones.

May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.

Essential Services Provider
Allegiant as a national air carrier is deemed an essential service provider during declared national and state emergencies. Team Members will be required to report to their assigned trip or work location during national and state emergencies unless prohibited by local, state or federal order.
