Partners with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver P&L recommendations, support quarterly forecasting, period close, annual operating plans, KPI tracking, and enable better decisions through analysis.
Accoutabilities:- Present insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business strategy
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial packages for Marketing leadership and provide insightful analysis on P&L drivers for Brand teams.
- Assist with preparation of the Company's annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts while communicating forward-looking guidance on risk and opportunities to business partners.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Senior Management.
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:- Monthly delivery of Marketing reporting package to inform decision making
- Meeting financial planning deliverables

Skils Needed To Be Successful:- 2-4 years of experience in a finance business partner role
- Relationship-building & influencing skills
- Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions/processes
Compensation:Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
