You will drive the adoption, quality, and continuous improvement of our centralized experimentation platform. Your work ensures teams can design, launch, and interpret experiments with confidence, speed, and rigor. You'll combine technical and product skills to translate user needs into platform capabilities, build scalable education programs, and maintain the highest standards of platform trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale Experimentation & Platform Adoption
    • Lead onboarding and education programs to enable more teams to experiment independently.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and office hours.
    • Evangelize experimentation best practices and platform usage across the organization.
  • User-Centered Roadmap & Technical Requirements
    • Gather feedback from product, analytics, and engineering users to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
    • Translate user needs into detailed platform requirements and collaborate on roadmap prioritization.
    • Write and refine clear, actionable tickets for engineering and analytics teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Platform Trust
    • Lead QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new platform features.
    • Proactively monitor platform health, investigate anomalies, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality, coverage, and privacy compliance.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track platform adoption, experiment volume, and user satisfaction; identify areas to improve the experimenter journey.
    • Build and maintain actionable dashboards using Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as the connective tissue between product, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders.
    • Prepare materials and insights for executive presentations, supporting the broader analytics and experimentation strategy.


Qualifications
  • 4+ years in product management, analytics, experimentation technology, or similar roles.
  • Strong background in experimentation (A/B/n testing, metrics, randomization, statistical principles).
  • Hands-on with product analytics and experimentation stack (Tableau, Databricks, Optimizely, Looker, Airflow, Github, etc.).
  • Proficient in SQL; experience with Python, R, or similar languages is a plus.
  • Experience running or supporting technical projects, feature QA, and UAT.
  • Proven ability to educate, motivate, and enable cross-functional teams at scale.
  • Experience with data engineering concepts, digital instrumentation, and BI/reporting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical details to business outcomes.

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000
