Job Description:

The Senior Analyst - Customer Reporting is responsible for transforming customer data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. This role combines strong technical expertise, data modeling capabilities, and business acumen to build scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and curated datasets that enable a deeper understanding of customer behavior and performance.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who can partner across disciplines, translate complex business needs into analytical solutions, and ensure customer reporting is accurate, reliable, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing and internal reporting solutions using Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
  • Design, build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform and load data from source systems to implement staging, analytical, and semantic layer architectures
  • Build and manage curated datasets and semantic data models that support scalable reporting and self-service analytics.
  • Leverage Databricks, Snowflake, and related technologies to prepare, transform, and optimize customer data for reporting and insights.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers that support strategic business objectives.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Global Data & Insights (GDI) and Technology teams to ensure alignment with data architecture, governance, and platform standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Drive data quality, consistency, and reporting best practices across customer analytics initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in analytics, business intelligence, customer reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong technical proficiency with:
    • Databricks
    • Snowflake
    • Power BI
  • Experience designing and maintaining data models and curated data assets for reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of customer data structures and metrics, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights to support customer analytics, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and technical partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and enterprise analytics practices.
  • Experience enabling self-service analytics and dashboard adoption across business teams.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to bridge business and technology, create trusted reporting assets, and deliver insights that influence decision-making across Product, Marketing, and Technology organizations. They will be equally comfortable working with complex data platforms and engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate recommendations.
